BloxPulse is an independent editorial site focused on Roblox-related news and updates. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use Roblox’s intellectual property.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by law (including for using third-party login providers). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features (e.g. commenting or the writer dashboard). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use via our Discord server.
User content
You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant BloxPulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
You agree not to submit content that:
- Is illegal, harassing, hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Contains malware, spam, or deceptive links
- Impersonates others or misrepresents affiliation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the community or the Services.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without permission
- Scrape or harvest data in bulk in violation of our rules or applicable law
- Circumvent access controls or interfere with other users’ use of the Services
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Intellectual property
The Services, including layout, branding, and original editorial content created by BloxPulse, are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for your own user content or as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOXPULSE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BloxPulse and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may modify the Services or these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms the Services or others. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you designate for your entity (replace this sentence with your chosen state/country and venue). If you have not yet chosen one, consult counsel and update src/app/terms/page.tsx.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter here. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
