What Intel is
BloxPulse Intel is a reference library of the creators, studios, games, groups and companies that make up the Roblox platform. Profiles summarize who someone is, what they've made and how they connect to the rest of the platform. Anyone can propose changes, and BloxPulse staff review and fact-check every one against primary sources before it goes live.
Intel is kept separate from our newsroom. Profiles don't appear in our news feeds, aren't submitted to news aggregators, and being profiled is not an endorsement. Our editorial standards still apply: we don't publish personal information, and we don't identify minors by real name, face, school or location.
Editing and adding pages
Intel pages are edited in place, like a wiki. Open any profile, choose Edit, change the page where it sits, and describe what you changed. To start a new one, add a page: for your own game, studio, group or company, for yourself as a creator, or for someone else. You need a linked Discord account. Staff review every edit and new page before it goes live and can turn down changes that don't meet these guidelines. Each page's History lists the approved edits.
- Pages about yourself or something you run can verify you as its official contact in the same step, using the same Roblox ownership code as the press program.
- Pages about someone else need sources. Pages about people are only for public figures acting publicly on Roblox, and must not include personal information such as real names, ages, schools, locations or photos.
Ownership links
Profiles can show who owns what, once our staff approve the link. Creators can own companies, studios and groups. Studios can own groups and games. Groups can own games. Request an ownership link with evidence, such as the creator field on a Roblox game or the owner of a group.
Corrections
Each profile shows when our staff last fact-checked it. If something is out of date or wrong, use the Report an error link at the bottom of the profile. Corrections are reviewed by an editor under our corrections policy, and significant fixes are noted on the profile. Reports from verified representatives are marked as such for our editors.
The press program
Organizations and creators with an Intel profile can apply for press access. Approved representatives get a Verified press contact badge on their profile and can submit official press releases.
- Sign in with Discord. Every applicant must link a Discord account so our staff can contact them and confirm who they are. Email-only accounts can't apply.
- Tell us your role. Explain your position in the organization and give us evidence, such as a group rank, a credit on the game page, or an official announcement.
- Prove control of the Roblox page. We give you a one-time code like
BLOXPULSE-1A2B3C4D. Add it to your Roblox group, game or profile description until you're approved, so we can confirm you control the account. - Staff review. A BloxPulse editor reviews every application by hand. We may contact you on Discord or ask for more information. Approval is at our discretion and can be revoked.
Don't have a profile yet? You can still apply: tell us about your organization and our staff will decide whether to write one.
Press release rules
- Releases must be about your own organization: launches, updates, events, hiring, milestones or statements.
- No false or unverifiable claims, attacks on other creators, scams, giveaways that require payment, off-platform trading, or anything that breaks the Roblox Terms of Use.
- No personal information about anyone, and nothing that targets or identifies minors.
- Keep it factual. Releases are labeled as press releases and links in them are marked as user-supplied.
- Every release is reviewed before it goes live. We may request changes or decline a release, and we don't edit your words without asking.
- You can request an embargo: pick a publish time, and the release stays hidden until then even after approval.
Press releases are not news coverage. If you want our newsroom to cover something, send a tip. Our reporters decide independently what to cover, and being in the press program doesn't affect that.
